We don’t believe in waiting around to use equipment, or feeling like hundreds of people are watching your form. Because, we’re not a box gym. Instead, we provide an intimate—yet robust—fitness center where members can come in, work out, and get back to what matters most.

individual or Group Training


One-on-one and group training is available in both 60, 45, & 30-minute sessions.

We customize every program based on individual needs and goals. In addition, all clients will learn the basics of self myofascial release for improved functional movement and will receive specific instructions for what to do on their own.

Hypervolt Massage


A Hypervolt Massage session is a 15-minute vibration therapy session. The Hypervolt accelerates warm-up or recovery, improve range of motion and flexibility, reduce muscle soreness, and enhance performance.

Massage techniques will use various attachments, speeds, and pressure to help improve kinetic chain issues.
